Refund policy

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships by emailing us at support@eratimepieces.com.

After it ships, you will be able to return the item for a full refund by getting an RMA number by contacting us first and making sure you send it with insurance for the full value of the item. Once we have received it and processed it, we will refund your payment to the original payment method within 3 business days.
